After the failure of its location-based social network, Buzz, Google is again looking to enter the social working space with Google +1. While details are scarce, we do know that its functionality is supposed to be similar to Facebook's "Like" feature and Twitter's "Retweet" function. How that will make any sense is anyone's guess.
