Our favorite geeky gamer girl, Felicia Day, is involved in a new project that brings her one step closer to being the perfect woman: The creator of MMO web series The Guild (and co-star of Dr. Horrible's Sing Along Blog) will be writing, co-producing, and starring in a six-episode web series based on Dragon Age. Judging from her blog, she's excited about the opportunity: "One of my favorite games, and they would let me write in it? Act in it? Be an ELF in it?! Really?! Um, can we shoot YESTERDAY?! Dragon Age: Redemption will follow the exploits of an elven assassin named Tallis as she tracks down a rogue mage in Ferelden. “I am an organic gamer and I love games, and I particularly love this franchise," Day writes. "I put every single effort into making this something that gamers will be proud of.” Wait, did she say she was an orgasmic gamer? No? Well, we can always pretend. No word yet on when the series will hit the web, but if it’s half as good as The Guild, fans of Dragon Age are in for a real treat. [via Joystiq]
