They've been sneaky about it, but IFC has quickly developed into a go-to comedy source to rival even Comedy Central. The network added original series Portlandia and Onion News Network to their schedule this year alongside classics like Arrested Development, The Larry Sanders Show and Mr. Show with Bob and Dave. And now, IFC is going even further.

The network has announced four more originals: Commercial Kings, a "docu-series" from comics Rhett McLaughlin and Link Neal that finds them traveling the country producing funny commercials for local businesses; Young, Broke & Beautiful, a travel show for hipsters; Bullet in the Face, a "docu-comedy" about a criminal-turned-cop; and an untitled variety show from Comedy Death-Ray’s Scott Aukerman. As if that weren't enough, IFC also announced that ONN has been renewed for a second season, joining Portlandia with that honor.

All in all, a pretty awesome-sounding cult place for comedy. If only IFC could find room for Marc Maron's WTFpod, then it would really be sizzling. Maybe that'll be in their next announcement.
