LulzSec Leaks Arizona Police Department Docs

The hackers continue to rage against the machine.

As promised, hack group LulzSec released a large cache of private docs today, focusing their efforts against the Arizona state police department in charge of enforcing the controversial SB 1070 law requiring everyone—particularly illegal immigrants—to carry government documentation at all times.

Arizona, LulzSec wrote in a bulletin dubbed “Chinga La Migra,” is an “anti-immigrant police state.” The info dump includes personal information of police officers, as well as private e-mail correspondences and training manuals, documents classified as “law enforcement sensitive,” “not for public distribution,” and “for official use only.”

With their future leaks—which will occur weekly—LulzSec has said it looks to not only reveal the government’s “racist and corrupt nature but to purposefully sabotage their efforts to terrorize communities fighting an unjust ‘war on drugs.’” They seem to be on the right track.
