Back in 2007, Trent Reznor released a Nine Inch Nails concept album about a dystopian future in 2022 brought upon by the Bush administration. Now, it seems that vision is coming to HBO as a miniseries from writer Jim Uhls (Fight Club). Called Year Zero, the album has already been turned into an alternate reality game; the HBO mini is being described as "epic sci-fi," which sounds, well, epic.

HBO has had quite a bit of success with The Social Network's Oscar winners this year. In addition to Reznor, who won an Oscar for Best Score, the network is working with Aaron Sorkin on More As The Story Develops as well as a new miniseries about the Chateau Marmont with John Krasinski. Miniseries: the new series.
