Could director Joe Johnston be just the person to bring Star Wars back to multiplexes the world over? Well, right now, the idea of making a movie based solely on bounty hunter Boba Fett is just a dream rattling around the Captain America director's head at the moment.

Johnston spilled that particular bean to Screen Rant, after being asked if his former mentor George Lucas had seen Captain America: The First Avenger yet. "You know, if he wants to see it," he said in response to the question, "I would show it to him." "I'm trying to get George to make a feature based on Boba Fett."

Boba Fett, one of the most intriguing characters in the Star Wars universe, comes courtesy of Joe Johnston's own design. His career began as a storyboard artist for George Lucas as he worked as a designer and visual effects art director on Star Wars, The Empire Strikes Back, and Return of the Jedi

Should the man who created the designs to one of Star Wars most beloved characters be able to bring a new project to the masses? We'll see how this develops once Captain America: The First Avenger, starring Chris Evans and Hugo Weaving, hits theaters this Friday.
