Jon Brion, the man who has brought the strings and keys to Kanye West since Late Registration, is playing a solo show tomorrow night at New York's Le Poisson Rouge. When not assisting Mr. West, Brion makes baroque pop music, famous for densely layering sounds and instruments. Dude really lets the beat build.
Recently it was announced that Brion will be producing Best Coast's sophomore album. Bethany Cosentino bolstered by enormous strings. Yes.
