Even though Occupy Wall Street protesters weren’t evicted from Zuccotti Park this morning, there were still fireworks.
It got particularly ugly when an NYPD scooter ran over the leg of a legal observer for theNational Lawyers Guild, allegedly breaking it. After he kicked the scooter over in an attempt to free himself, he was arrested.
The New York Post reports that roughly the same amount of people were arrested during the early morning march. Shit is wicked on these mean streets, but the movement continues.
