With production for Zack Snyder's Man of Steel going on in Vancouver, actor Russell Crowe recently posted an interesting tidbit via his Twitter account. He reveals to almost 300k followers a fight scene with Michael Shannon's General Zod. He tweets below, saying:
Good to know that the Boardwalk Empire star is no chump in a fight. We wonder what would happened if the Big Blue Boy Scout (played by Henry Cavill) joined the fray? It'd be an intergalatic, super-powered throwdown. But alas, we're left to speculate if the Jor-El versus Zod fight would be taking place on Krypton? At this point it's all speculation, but it's pretty neat to know that the House of El will be going toe-to-toe with Shannon's Zod in an epic way.
The film, which is scheduled for release on June 14, 2013, also stars Henry Cavill, Amy Adams, Kevin Costner, Diane Lane, Laurence Fishburne, Harry Lennix, Ayelet Zurer, Antje Traue, and Christopher Meloni.
