Queen Latifah can't stop till she gets enough! The Grammy Award winning actress recently crafted a film production deal with Dipset's own Cam'Ron—and now she's adding Will Smith to her rolodex. The Jersey born-and-bred leader of the Flavor Unit announced Monday that she'll partner with Smith's Overbrook Entertainment and Sony Pictures Television to produce a new syndicated talk show for 2013.

The deal was spearheaded by Latifah's close friend, and Flavor Unit co-founder, Shakim Compere and Overbrook's Miguel Melendez. Both men will join the Overbrook trio of James Lassiter, Jada Pinkett-Smith, and Will Smith as executive producers. Latifah is expected to join an already packed pool of talent that is likely to include Steve Harvey, Katie Couric, and Anderson Cooper. While she's not the first woman to turn from a movie acting career to the talk show couch—there's no reason to think she won't be just as successful!

But if we were to take a bet on if audiences are more excited to see The Queen Latifah Show or Joyful Noise with Dolly Parton—we'd put a thousand racks on the former. While this may be a career left-turn for Latifah, she also seems remarkably well suited for the job. What do you think of this transition for The Queen?
