Frank West is going to be in a new game, according to the Dead Rising Facebook page. A message on the page's wall from series protagonist Frank West posted yesterday says that a new game is in the works:
"I’m getting packing for my new adventure – camera, notebook and baseball bat. What else would i need for a break in paradise? - Frank"
While that doesn't nescessarily mean that the game in question will be Dead Rising 3, it seems more likely than not, given the string of Dead Rising 2 DLC and the game's recent expansion, Dead Rising 2: Off the Record. If it is DR3, than we can guess that Frank West will be the protagonist and, based on the mention of "paradise", possibly a tropical theme?
Considering the timing of the tease, it's possible that more information may pop up at the VGAs this week, if not in the near future. If Capcom does announce the game there, Complex's Video Games Editor Tina Amini will be on hand at the VGAs to bring you the details.
