AT&T is continuing its big push into 4G LTE this year, announcing this morning that it has turned on the high speed data network in 11 new cities. The new markets include New York, LA, San Francisco, Austin, Phoenix, Orlando, Chapel Hill, Raleigh, San Diego, Oakland and San jose.
Last year, AT&T debuted its first 15 4G LTE markets, and with the new additions, the company is getting closer to swathing all major metropolitan areas with the high-speed goodness. Expect 4G phones to become the standard in 2012.
