Capcom, Namco And Sega Working On Mystery 3DS Game

Check out the teaser site and speculate away.

A teaser site for a collaboration between Namco, Capcom and Sega has sprung up after the project was teased by Nintendo President Satoru Iwata during yesterday's "Nintendo Direct" video presentation. The site features a surgical-gloved hand keying in the numbers "03-27-60" to open a door, which then reveals the three companies' logos, as well as the logos for Nintendo 3DS and Japanese company Banpresto.

Could it be a fighting, kart or other genre game that combines characters from the three publishers' various franchises? It'll get crowded quickly if that's the case. The numbers have to be a clue, but it's not a date—March 27, 1960 is long past, and we doubt Nintendo is already thinking ahead to 2060. Maybe that's not really a glove, and this is a Smurfs game. Fingers crossed!
