A bug found in the Diablo III beta has allowed players to check out three areas that weren't meant for public consumption.

"The Festering Woods", "Fields of Misery" and "The Drowned Temple" are supposedly areas from the game's first act. All three of the areas were playable for the most part, though considering players got in through a bug, it would be safe to say that the experience probably wasn't entirely glitch-free.

The new areas were filled with previously unseen enemies, including goat men, attacking trees, carrion bats, ghouls, and ghosts.

According to Ubergizmo, Blizzard shut down its servers shortly after word of the bug spread online. You can get a little peak at the new areas in the video above.
