Usually film and television productions pay fees to shoot in certain locales. It seems 495 Productions, the production company behind "Jersey Shore," forgot about that. JWoww and 495 Productions were just hit with a lawsuit by Stuart Levine, who used to be JWoww's landlord. He claims "Jersey Shore" was shot at her home a number of times during season 1, and that he wasn't compensated for their usage of his property. He's asking for $450,000, which would cover the location fee and reimbursement for damages done to the property during the shoots.
