This place is remarkable.
Back in February 2010, Swizz Beats and Alicia Keys dropped $12.75 million on this SoHo penthouse. It was previously owned by Lenny Kravitz, who had a hell of a time getting rid of it. He was originally looking for close to $20 million, but was so eager to sell that he let it go for significantly less.
Two years after scooping the pad, the couple has placed it back on the market for $17.95 million. The duplex penthouse is 6,167 square feet, and houses five bedrooms, plus four full and half bathrooms. Monthly maintenance will run you about $11,564, but the property features a private wine cellar and separate storage and dressing rooms.
This place is beautiful, but will cost you a pretty penny. Truly haute living.
