Here's a note to remind you that Dragon's Dogma, a new open-world RPG from Capcom, hits store shelves today. Capcom was nice enough to send over the most badass bobblehead ever (see the second image), so we figured the least we could do is post a little about it.

Your character in Dragon's Dogma is known as an Arisen, chosen by the Dragon (who plucks out his or her heart and eats it) for a great destiny. Along the journey you'll gain the help of pawns, AI sidekicks that you design and outfit yourself or hire from other people's games.

The game certainly has a mean streak—leave town unprepared and you're going to get stomped on—and the combat is like nothing else we've seen before.
