Rupert Sanders is the directorial genius behind this cinematic Halo 3: ODST commercial, as well as the Halo 3 "Believe" ad campaign, and he thinks he has what it takes to make a Halo movie work.

In an interview with MTV over Sanders's first feature film, Snow White and the Huntsman, the director said, "I think that Halo is a hard property because they don't need to make a film. They make far more money out of the games so why risk? There's a lot of bad versions of movie video games. Very few that work. I believe that given the freedom, I could make it work."

"I think the problem is that there are so many laws existing and so many people you have to be beholden to," he continued, but he believes he could be successful "if they said to me here's the Halo world, go do it, which would never happen."

Would you like to see a Halo film in the same style as Sanders's previous work? It's unlikely to ever happen at this point, but is Snow White and the Huntsman proves successful, who knows? Leave a comment below or on Twitter.
