Just 29-years-old, with a freshly printed degree from NYU's Stern School of Business, David Ravvin is getting into the sushi business with the East Village's Iconic Hand Rolls (135 1st Ave.). Opening to the general public today, this twisted take on cone sushi offers salmon and tuna, but also off-beat fare like skirt steak with garlic chips and coconut shrimp with asparagus.
