Time to add this to the DVR list: According to The Hollywood Reporter, former Complex cover girlJamie Chung has been cast in ABC's fairytale drama Once Upon a Time as classic Chinese warrior heroine Mulan. If you're not familiar, she was the one who pretended to be a dude to take her father's place in the Chinese army, and no one notices that she's a chick for a really long time. There's a Disney movie about it. Eddie Murphy voices a dragon.
Chung will appear in the series beginning next season, her role will be recurring. Guess we have to watch this now.
