To kick off the Labor Day weekend in style, tequila maker Don Julio, along with streetwear brand The Hundreds, Complex, and Eagle Rock Yacht Club, hosted a five-course dinner at the L.A. restaurant ink., home to celebrity chef (and Top Chef winner) Michael Voltaggio. If anyone can bridge the gap between high cuisine and street sensibility it's Voltaggio, a superstar in the kitchen with "ink" that Rick Ross would co-sign.

The theme of the evening was "L.A. Tomorrow." Accordingly, guests included the next big things in music, fashion and art, as well as familiar faces like Kid Sister, DJ Them Jeans, Pete Wentz, Bryan Greenberg, Jamie Chung, and, of course, Bobby and Ben Hundreds. All were treated to frozen margaritas made with liquid nitrogen, and a sampling of Don Julio tequilas, including Don Julio Blanco, Reposada, Anejo, and 1942. The pairing of the night was the short rib dressed with dried mole, charred onion, beef tendon, and tamarind with the "Bloody Michelada," a signature cocktail made of smoked Don Julio Anejo, tomato water, lime, Gindo's hot sauce, pilsner, smoked salt, and chips. Rides home from this delectable tasting were provided by Uber car service.

Check out the photos above, if you don't mind a little mouth watering. For more on Complex's recent collaboration with Don Julio, check out the "Complex Co-Sign" features in Don Julio's "Know Your Summer" site.
