Clint Eastwood's Republican National Convention speech that involved him speaking to an empty chair that was supposed to be the President of the United States may have been panned and questioned by most, but not by Mitt Romney - no, apparently, he thought it was "a great thrill."
"I was laughing at Clint Eastwood. Look, to have him get up and speak on my behalf was a great thrill," he said during an appearance on Meet the Press yesterday. "You don’t expect a guy like Clint Eastwood to get up and, you know, read some stuff off a teleprompter like a politician...you expect him to speak from the heart and that’s exactly what he did." Is this, like, a bromance thing now?
