As previously reported, Shakira and Usher are both set to take on roles as judges of The Voice next year when original judges Christina Aguilera and Cee Lo Green depart the series at the end of the this season. So, like with any major reality TV deal that goes down, it was only a matter of time before their salary deets were released.

New American Idol judge Mariah Carey and new X Factor judge Britney Spears can both rest easy: According to The Hollywood Reporter, the deal inked between Shakira and Voice producers was for a cool $12 million, $3 million less than Spears's X Factor deal and $6 million less that Carey's Idol deal. Usher's deal is reportedly worth a still-impressive $7 million.
