Eddie Huang is well known to foodies as the owner and creator of lower Manhattan snackshop BaoHaus, and perhaps to bloggers (bloggies?) as the webmaster of Fresh off the Boat, but now apparently he's going viral. Huang has teamed up with the guys over at Vice for a new web series, which shares his blog name - Fresh off the Boat - and chronicles his culinary tour across the U.S. and Taiwan. It's set to premiere on October 15.
