We had no idea so many gamers were also history buffs. That's the only thing we can think of to explain Assassin's Creed 3's impressive 3.5 million units sold in its first week. It's definitely not all the stabbing, right? No, can't be the stabbing. It's got to be the George Washington and Ben Franklin cameos.
And keep in mind that doesn't include the Wii U version, due out Nov. 18, or the PC version, coming Nov. 20.
