45-year-old Keith Hinds of West Hartford has been accused of stealing a Chinese food delivery vehicle, then taking the orders to customers to keep the money for himself. The real driver told police that someone took his car while he was inside of a middle school. He called his boss, and the boss called the remaining customers to inform them that their orders had been cancelled due to the circumstances. However, one of the deliveries had already taken place.

Police used the addresses of the remaining customers to track down Hinds, but not before he made another delivery. He was charged with grand larceny, possession of drug paraphernalia and less than half an ounce of marijuana.
