Stan Lee Confirms That Marvel Is Developing Movies Based On Doctor Strange And The Black Panther

Although it might seem like Marvel Studios is putting all of its efforts into pumping out Avengers sequels and spin-offs over the next few years, one of the founding fathers of the House of Ideas confirmed that we can expect some much-needed diversity from the comic book giant soon enough. In an interview with District, Stan Lee revealed that Marvel is currently working on movie versions of Doctor Strange, Black Panther, and The Inhumans. Check out what he said when asked which heroes would get adapted next:

Both Doctor Strange and Black Panther have been long-rumored to be making their way to theaters, but they have since taken a back seat to the likes of Ant-Man and the Guardians of the Galaxy. So while it might be a while before we see them on the screen, we now know that they’ll get there eventually. Now we can start speculating wildly about who will play who.
