Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars and its spiritual sequel, Paper Mario, are undoubtedly two of the finest Mario games in existence. We have plenty of fond memories of them, which we're reliving thanks to video game and chiptune music label GameChops' latest release.

This month's album is from Canadian producer Doni Music, an exploration into the music of Mario role playing games, including Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars, Paper Mario and Paper Mario 2: The Thousand Year Door! The album is five tracks ranging from chillout to house to electro. Certainly a soundtrack for adventuring!
