A 350 pound woman had to be rescued after taking a 6-foot fall through an Upper East Side sidewalk after it cracked. The 31-year-old Queens native was by the wall of an Atomic Wings at East 60th St. and Second Avenue when the sidewalk suddenly collapsed on Friday night.

A "crane-like mechanism" had to be used by emergency responders to lift the woman to safety. She was later treated for minor injuries at New York Presbyterian-Weill Cornell Medical Center.
