Britney Spears and her awesome facial expressions won't be returning to The X Factor for another season, but Demi Lovato and her wacky hairstyles will be! According to Deadline, the 20-year-old star has signed a deal to return to the judges table for the show's third season. With both Spears and L.A. Reid out, that leaves Lovato and Simon Cowell as the only confirmed judges for next year - though there were some rumors that Ne-Yo was in talks to join the panel.
"I couldn’t be happier that Demi wants to come back this year. She’s a superstar in her own right and was a fantastic mentor last year. Even though she can be really, really annoying – I truly enjoyed working with her and so did the artists," Cowell commented in a statement. "I’m especially pleased she’s back even during her world tour!" Clearly, he's really excited about it.
