Sesame Street's former Elmo puppeteer and voice actor, Kevin Clash, is facing new allegations of drug-use and underage sex just a few months after he was initially accused of having sex with three underage men.

A new lawsuit was filed yesterday by a now 24-year-old Sheldon Stephens, the same man who made the first allegations against Clash last November. Stephens claims that Clash gave him an unspecified drug, and then - while high on crystal meth - lured him into drug-fueled sex when he was 16.

"I was taken advantage of by someone a lot older, and manipulated," Stephens said in a news conference. The lawsuit was filed yesterday in Pennsylvania, and accuses Clash of sexual battery for childhood sexual abuse, travel with intent to engage in illicit sexual conduct, and coercion and enticement to sexual activity.

Stephens' initial accusations were the first of four against Clash late last year. The lawsuit was dropped a day later over the possibility of a settlement, but when none was reached, he recanted his recant.

Clash resigned from Sesame Street in November 2012.
