Rdio rolled out an update to its iOS app on Tuesday, bringing new album and playlist views to iPhone users, reports Cult of Mac.
The interface also received a nice upgrade, which enables users to track what their friends have been listening to and be more social in general.
As far as album and playlist views go, the operative word here is visual. Both views are far less cluttered, especially the playlist, and album art "now takes up more than half the display on the iPhone," as Cult of Mac notes. It's also more intuitive and easy to use, as you can "tap and hold" an album cover to add it to a playlist, sync it or play later on.
