New Study Claims Cheese Strengthens Your Teeth

None

General Dentistry published a report which claims that cheese can help improve your teeth. The effects of milk, sugar-free yogurt and cheese on 68 subjects ages 12 to 15-years-old. The study learned that people who ate cheese had lower pH levels in their mouths, and low levels of pH help to fight plaque, cavities and strengthen enamel.

Now this obviously doesn't mean you should eschew brushing your teeth for eating a ridiculous amount of cheese, but be aware that it does benefit your mouth. Keep the gum on deck, though—milk breath isn't a good look, regardless of how strong your teeth are.
