Taylor Chapman's despicable viral rant at a Fort Lauderdale Dunkin' Donuts is a reminder of how awful some people are, but there was one shining moment. Abid Adar, the employee on the front line who was forced to deal with Chapman's irrational wrath, handed the situation remarkably.
Viewers were impressed with the 18-year-old's ability to take the high road and remain professional, so they started asking Dunkin' Donuts when Adar would be recognized. Dunkin' Donuts has finally addressed this:

Hopefully, Dunkin' Donuts will reveal what this recognition entails. Their employees certainly deserve it. Meanwhile, somebody at that location should blow up a picture of Chapman's face and turn it into a dartboard. That will keep morale high.
