This Is the Weirdest "Breaking Bad" Clip You Will Ever Watch

The show isn't quite like this anymore...

No, I don't know what the hell is going on here, but I think it's pretty safe to say that neither do Dean Norris or Steven Michael Quezada. All I know is: This is, without a doubt, the weirdest Breaking Bad clip to ever break bad, and thanks to Uproxx, we can now all know of its existence.

So, it appears that this clip was actually a really early extra feature to the first season of Breaking Bad, all the way back in 2008 when no one knew about the show or thought that AMC was capable of excellent programming. It's a good thing no one judged off this clip, though, because then who knows where AMC would be right now. For some reason, the network has kept it on their site all this time, and it sits sort of buried (with a total of only eight tweets!) amongst more popular clips from the show, and later episode promos.

It features, as aformentioned, Norris and Quezada, partially in character as DEA agents Hank Schrader and Steven Gomez. They begin by telling us all about how they wanted to prepare for their roles by training in a real facility but were unable to get in to one—note that this intro is has random shots of the two giving thumbs up and posing for the camera—so instead, they train on a park playground. Commence the craziest music you've ever heard, followed by a shot of Dean Norris stumbling down a slide. Then it gets weirder, but I won't spoil any more of it. It's really better seen than explained.

Best training montage ever? You be the judge—watch the clip above. THEN SHARE IT WITH THE WORLD.
