Them's fightin' words. In a new post on her Instagram, Kim Kardashian called out journalist Katie Couric for sending a baby gift for North West just a day after Couric slammed the Kardashians in an interview with In Touch.
The picture, which can be seen above, is of the card Couric sent with the baby gift from Barneys New York. The message seems to have been cut off a bit at the end of each sentence, but the gist is to congratulate Kim and Kanye West on North's birth, and a joking suggestion they should keep the 'K'-name tradition going.
Kim posted the pic, along with a caption that included hashtags of "I hate fake media friends," and "May I humbly suggest you not send gifts then talk shit." Looks like Kanye, who has a tumultous relationship with the media himself, might really be rubbing off on her. A cat meow sound effect would be so useful right now.
The photo is specifically in response to Couric's statements yesterday, in which she said she didn't understand why the Kardashians were famous, and "I think it's mostly teenage girls that are interested."
