Hearing that Zac Efron stars in this film might make some inclined not to see it, but real talk: At least give this trailer a chance before you write it off. After all, it also stars Seth Rogen, Rose Byrne, and Dave Franco, who are all great—and, for the record, Efron is really no longer that clean-cut Disney boy everyone remembers him as. In fact, he deserves props, because by the looks of things, he's got some comedy chops.
Case-in-point: This first trailer for Neighbors, in which Efron portrays a frat boy who gets into a bit of a turf war with his a young married couple (Rogen, Byrne) after he and his fraternity move in next door to them. Said turf war includes stolen air bags, used condoms thrown onto the couple's lawn, and, for some reason, Efron and Franco dressing up as Robert De Niro:
