After originating in New York City, the Surprise Partywent on tour this past summer, making a stop in D.C. to set the tone for Trillectro before returning to New York and eventually hitting L.A. for Labor Day weekend. This Friday, it's coming back to D.C. as one of the many, many celebrations surrounding Howard University's Homecoming.
