Updated With Video Response From the Company

Marina Shifrin was unhappy with the way her writing job was panning out. She had sacrificed love and time with friends for her job, all for it to come down to views and numbers instead of the quality she was looking for.

So, when Shifrin came into to her job at 4:30 a.m. recently, she used the time to film herself dancing around the office to Kanye West's "Gone." She uploaded it to YouTube, and added the reasons she didn't like the job to the video. "I have put my entire life into this job, but my boss only cares about quantity, how fast we write and how many views each video gets," she says in the video's description. "I believe it's more important to focus on the quality of the content. When you learn to improve this, the views will come." She topped off her video with a big "I QUIT" at the end. Boom. And now it has more than 5 million views.

You're probably wondering, what company did she work for? It was Next Media Animation, a Taiwanese company that makes videos, like this:
