Here's some potentially epic news to end your day with: In an announcement today, FX revealed that, not only have they signed a first-look deal with comedian Sacha Baron Cohen, but previously unaired episodes of his popular series, Da Ali G Show, will begin airing on FXX beginning early next year. In other words, Ali G is back, everyone.

According to the press release, FXX has ordered Ali G: Rezurection, which consists of every episode ever of Da Ali G Show (including the episodes of the series that have only previously aired in the UK), and The Best of Ali G. That will all begin airing in February 2014, along with new introductions to the episodes featuring Baron Cohen himself.

Da Ali G Show was the starting point for two of Baron Cohen's most successful films—2004's Borat, and 2009's Bruno. It aired between 2003 and 2004 on HBO, but a first series originally aired in the UK on Channel 4 in 2000. Those episodes, though BAFTA-winning, never aired in the states. In the series, Baron Cohen starred as three characters: The hip-hop obsessed Ali G, Borat, and Bruno.

The network has also inked a first-look deal with Baron Cohen, meaning that he'll be developing a new series for FX soon, though there's no word on what that may consist of. But hey, still—this is great news! Now no one has an excuse not to watch this show.
