So is seems Rockstar is finally coming good on its promise of free cash to gamers who took part in the frustrating launch of Grand Theft Auto Online’s last month and more importantly fixing some very annoying bugs in GTA V.

The Grand Theft Auto V 1.05 update is out now which Rockstar says will fix problems with progress loss and disappearing vehicles as well as some other exploits. Now that those are cleared-up the developer says it will drop the first installment of its “Stimulus” plan of two installments of $250,000 GTA$ to players accounts “in the next couple of days.”

Here are some of the fixes in the new GTA V patch from the Rockstar Newswire:

+ Built in measures to prevent users from losing their progress when there is a cloud outage

+ Built in a number of measures to protect players' cash balances even if there are network problems

+ Fixed an issue where on rare occasions during network problems the player could lose their Online vehicle or mods after exiting GTA Online

"On a related note, we anticipate the GTA$ Stimulus to be distributed in the next couple of days following this Title Update,"

Rockstar also begs players not to freak out when the cash drops, as some player will recieve it before others.

"The Stimulus will go out over the course of a full day once it's initiated so don't be alarmed if people on your friends list receive it before or later than you do. Enjoy and we certainly appreciate your patience and understanding as we sort out these remaining issues."
