While Xbox Live and PlayStation Plus give out free games each month with gamer's membership fees, PlayStation Plus is looking very solid for January.

Starting in the new year, gamers on the PlayStation 4 can get the indie gem Don't Starve that's a mix between Minecraft and a psychological assessment that's super addictive. Players will craft items to stay alive, build campfires to keep away the beasts of the night or just light the whole world on fire.

PlayStation 3 owners will get last year's hit BioShock: Infinite as well as the raucous reboot DmC: Devil May Crysatanic slasher. Brothers: A Tale of Two Sonsis also in the lineup for those satanically adverse.

PlayStation Vita owners won't be left out; Worms: Battle Island is up for free download during the month.

If you got a new PlayStation console this holiday season you'll be able to get your respective free games sometime during January. Stay tuned for release dates.
