According to authorities in Indianapolis, a 21-year-old man stole an estimated $4,800 worth of human brain tissue, which he then tried to sell at a Dairy Queen.

The crime occurred last September, when the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department says David Charles broke into the Indiana Medical History Museum and lifted the brains. Charles reportedly took to selling them on Facebook in preparation for Halloween, and a California man contacted police after reportedl purchasing some of the stolen goods.

Police set up a sting operation at a Dairy Queen on Dec. 16, when some of the stolen property was recovered. Charles, who's now out on bond, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia in addition to theft charges.
