Beloved actor Philip Seymour Hoffman's will and testament has been revealed. The document, created in October of 2004, leaves Hoffman's property to his longtime girlfriend, costume designer, Marianne O'Donnell. O'Donnell is also given guardianship of Hoffman's 10-year-old son, Cooper Hoffman, and is named trustee of funds. Under this specification, Cooper is to receive half of his trust at 25 years old, and the rest at 30 years old.

Hoffman also states in his will that "it is my strong desire...that my son, Cooper Hoffman, be raised and reside in or near the borough of Manhattan...or Chicago, Illinois, or San Francisco, California...if my guardian cannot reside in any of such cities, then it is my strong desire...that my son...visit these cities at least twice per year throughout such guardianship."

According to the will, "the purpose of this request is so that my son will be exposed to the culture, arts and architecture that such cities offer."

Hoffman was tragically found dead of an apparent heroin overdose in his New York City apartment on February 2. He was survived by his three children, Cooper, Tallulah, 7, and Willa, 5.
