Kevin Bacon made probably the best entrance in Tonight Show history (Jimmy Fallon's words, not ours) last night. He came on to promote The Following, but we like to think he's promoting his greatest masterpiece, Footloose. 

Bacon's still got all his dance moves in all their 1984 glory. They are delightfully dramatic, and demonstrate that a remake of Footloose should have still starred Bacon and John Lithgow (in case you didn't know, the anti-dancing reverend in the Julianne Hough version is played by Dennis Quaid. Just let that sink in.) 

We have one qualm though: Jimmy Fallon would never outlaw dancing! Watch the full video below.
