Your guilty pleasure will be back in theaters before you know it. According to The Playlist, the sequel to Magic Mike is moving forward with director Greg Jacobs taking the reins from Steven Soderbergh, who helmed the original back in 2012. Longtime followers of Soderbergh shouldn’t be surprised that Jacobs was hired—he has been the assistant director and producer on many of Soderbergh’s films, including the first Magic Mike.

The site also revealed that the movie is straying from the conventional Magic Mike 2 title in favor of the much more appropriate Magic Mike XXL. In addition to the return of Channing Tatum, most of the prominent strippers are expected back for the sequel, though no deals have been finalized yet. We’ll have more on Magic Mike XXL as it becomes available.
