The Last of Us has sold over six million copies worldwide, according to a post on the PlayStation blog.

This information is tucked into details about what Sony and developer Naughty Dog are bringing to the 2014 Game Developers Conference.

"We’re now heading to GDC to talk about some of the techniques and process that went into making The Last of Us, which has now hit over six million copies sold worldwide, as well as what made Left Behind, our first ever downloadable, single player story chapter, so unique," Eric Monacelli, community strategist at Naughty Dog, wrote.
