Bethesda announced today the collector's edition to its upcoming space-Nazi shooter Wolfenstein: The New Order. However something seems to be missing.
The Panzerhund Edition, limited to only 5,000 copies, comes with a Panzerhund (half dog, half tank, all Nazi), a classified folder containing a trove of salvaged secret war documents; A set of 14 “vintage” postcards from Wolfenstein's alternate 1960s setting; Three patches; replica dog tags and a Steelbook case to house your copy of the game.
What missing? The game! Wolfenstein: The New Order is not included in the collector's edition for some bizarre reason making the $100 purchase from Bethesda's online store one of two that will be required to get the title.
The Panzerhund Edition will be available on May 20 for $100 and drops the same day as the game - but without it - on PC, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360 and Xbox One. All pre-ordered copies come with a DOOM beta key.
