Authorities in Staten Island say a man attacked three others with a knife and wooden sword during a fight outside of a bar this past weekend.

The swashbuckling assailant, 27-year-old Christopher Matthies, reportedly returned to the Dugout Pub in Great Kills with his unorthodox weapons after a fight broke out inside. According to the Staten Island Advance, he stabbed the three men, then sending all of them to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

Police apparently located Matthies—who resembles a very poor man's C.T. of MTV's The Real Word/Challenge fame—by following the tell-tale trail of blood that he left behind after sustaining injuries during the confrontation:

None

According to Matthies, he's a part-time bouncer at the pub who only responded with such force because he was jumped. The Dugout Pub's owner tells the Staten Island Advance a different story, saying "The guys I have are big, professional, know how to talk to people and are certified." Well that's that.

Matthies faces several charges including attempted murder and assault. Meanwhile, one of his victims remains in intensive care.
