What's in a name? A reference to criminal activity, apparently.

Police in Ottawa, Canada say a man by the name of Donald Popadick was arrested on Tuesday for exposing himself at Mooney's Bay Park. Authorities received a call at 9 a.m. Tuesday morning about a man who flashed someone near the park's entrance.

The 62-year-old Ottawa resident, who's reportedly been exposing himself at the park since Apr. 14, was charged with indecent act and mischief and was scheduled to appear in court today. A judge will probably react the way a Florida judge did when hearing Edward Cocaine's name.
